Football Practice Report: Come Together

The Ole Miss football team held its first practice of the spring season on Tuesday, and head coach Lane Kiffin was pleased with what he saw. "The team came together well today," Kiffin said. "We had a lot of energy and focus, and I think we're starting to develop some chemistry."

The Rebels are coming off a disappointing 4-8 season, but Kiffin is confident that the team can improve this year. "We have a lot of talent on this team," Kiffin said. "We just need to put it all together and play with consistency."

Track and Field Set to Host 2024 Joe Walker Invite

The Ole Miss track and field team will host the 2024 Joe Walker Invite on April 27-28. The meet will be held at the Ole Miss Track and Field Complex and will feature some of the top track and field athletes in the country.

"We're excited to host the Joe Walker Invite again this year," said Ole Miss track and field head coach Connie Price-Smith. "It's a great opportunity for our team to compete against some of the best in the nation and for our fans to see some of the best track and field athletes in the world."

Men's Golf Continues Spring Season at Mason Rudolph

The Ole Miss men's golf team will continue its spring season this weekend at the Mason Rudolph Championship in Franklin, Tennessee. The Rebels are coming off a second-place finish at the Puerto Rico Classic last week.

"We're playing well right now," said Ole Miss men's golf head coach Chris Malloy. "We're hitting the ball well and putting well, and we're starting to get some confidence. I think we have a chance to win this weekend."
